Rabbinic & Program Director

Rabbi Dr. Caryn Aviv serves as Rabbinic Director at Judaism Your Way.  She is a rabbi and former university professor in sociology and Jewish studies.  Rabbi Caryn teaches and leads rituals and services that offer safety, joy, and healing for Jews, our loved ones, and allies.  Rabbi Caryn’s portfolio includes leading Shabbat and High Holiday services; teaching classes in Unlearning Jewish Anxiety; directing Judaism Your Way’s Introduction to Judaism cohort program; lifecycle officiation; and pastoral counseling.  She also works with the executive leadership team on organizational vision and strategy.
