Building on the work on Unlearning Jewish Anxiety: How to Live with More Joy and Less Suffering, Rabbi Caryn will offer a guided Jewish meditation practice, some new learning, and time for Q&A. We’ll then close with another short, guided meditation.
Come build community, settle your nervous system and move into a Shabbat mindset of rest, connection, and joy.
