Passover Sound Healing Nosh & Schmooze
A unique and sacred sound meditation experience, devoted to celebration and liberation.
Come experience a powerful, heart-opening sound healing to prepare for Passover, with Cantor Shayndel Adler on Friday, April 11th from 5:00-8:00pm. This experience will weave together the themes of Shabbat (relaxation, rest, celebration) and Passover (expansion, liberation, and freedom from oppression). This sound meditation is geared for ages 12-120.
Chants for Passover and Shabbat will be amplified and uplifted with the healing vibrations of Himalayan prayer bowls, flute, lyre, drum, gong, tingsha, bells and chimes. The therapeutic frequencies of the instruments induce a deep state of relaxation and peace.
