Do you love singing? Have you ever longed to sing, but felt unsure or self-conscious about singing, and want to let that go?

Additional Details
In preparation for the Jewish New Year, we move toward teshuvah: a return to our truest, most authentic selves. As part of that spiritual journey, join Judaism Your Way for a soulful, nourishing evening of mystical, joyful and engaging singing exercises, meditations and Hebrew chants. We will conclude with the lighting of the Shabbat candles, followed by a potluck dinner. All who wish to attend are invited, no prior Hebrew or singing experience necessary. You will be gently guided in discovering and freeing your singing potential, within the safety and support of a collective/group voice.
Cantor Shayndel has been teaching the ‘Uncovering the Voice’ singing method for over twenty years, enriched by Kabbalah and Jewish prayer.

Testimonial
I have learned through the mysterious exercises of UTV that sound is part of the fabric of the universe and I can become a vessel for it, allowing it to flow through me. I discovered that not only can I sing, but I actually have much more range than I expected. I can sing high notes that I thought only opera singers could reach. It is such fun to be able to sing! I am grateful to Shayndel for the thoughtful and safe way she has led me to my own voice. ~Stacia Kenet, MD
