Selichot Sound Healing
A unique and sacred sound meditation experience, devoted to compassion and forgiveness.
Join Judaism Your Way on Saturday, September 28th from 6:00-7:30pm for our 2nd annual High Holiday Sound Healing. This incredible program will take place on the evening of Selichot, the time that officially begins the High Holiday season, when prayers for forgiveness are offered. This sound meditation is geared for ages 12-120.
Cantor Shayndel Adler will be our guide on this journey, weaving together sound and silence with Himalayan singing bowls, Hebrew chant, Native American flute, drum, gong, lyre, chimes and more. The vibrational healing attributes of the instruments, accompanied by prayer and intention, create a deeply relaxing experience that will leave you feeling expansive, uplifted and transformed.
