High Holiday Deli Cooking
Join us for a fun Jewish High Holiday Deli Cooking Class, taught by the chefs at Rosenberg’s Bagels!
Learn how to make delicious round challah and the fluffiest, schmaltziest matzo balls from the pros. We’ll learn the fascinating history of these foods along the way.
Each participant will make and take a round challah dough to bake at home. We’ll learn how to shape the perfect matzo ball and treat ourselves to a delicious bowl of matzo ball soup and other yummy snacks.
Additional Details
This in-person, interactive cooking program is geared towards anyone age 6 and up, and adults will need to supervise kids with the cooking. Registration is $25/per person, and the event is capped at 30 due to space constraints. Please register early, as we anticipate this program will sell out!
