Intro to Kabbalah: Are You Wearing the Mask, or Is the Mask Wearing You?
Exploring Kabbalah with special guest teacher, Melanie Gruenwald
As we approach the holiday of Purim, we are invited to look beneath the surface — to explore the masks we are born with, the masks we are given, and the masks we choose for ourselves. Through practice, reflection, and conversation, what was once oblivious becomes obvious, revealing new pathways toward authenticity and freedom.

Additional Details
In this exploration of Kabbalah Experience’s work in Inner Transformation, you’ll be guided to strip away familiar understandings of who you are and examine the dynamic relationship between your outer selves, your inner selves, and your essence. Kabbalistic teachings offer profound insight into the roles, identities, and “selves” we inhabit — and challenge us to ask: Are you wearing the mask, or is the mask wearing you?
Melanie Gruenwald serves as the Executive Director of Kabbalah Experience and teaches widely on personal and spiritual transformation. She is known for integrating Jewish mysticism, contemporary insight, and heartfelt storytelling to support people on their journeys of becoming.
