Passover Cooking Class with Rosenberg’s

Join us for a fun Passover cooking class, taught by the chefs at Rosenberg’s Bagels!

Who doesn’t love some good Jewish deli recipes for Passover? Join Judaism Your Way and Rosenberg’s Bagels & Deli for a hands-on, experiential Passover cooking workshop!

You’ll learn a little bit about the history of Jewish deli influence on Passover cooking in the United States. Then we’ll be making matzah crunch, charoset, and a gefilte fish terrine with fresh dill and horseradish.  You’ll also receive recipes and spices for matzah ball soup, harissa chicken, and a delicious root vegetable dish with turmeric yogurt sauce. 

Additional Details

This in-person, interactive cooking program is geared towards anyone age 6 and up, and adults will need to supervise kids with the cooking.  Registration is $40/per person, and the event is capped at 30 due to space constraints.  Please register early, as we anticipate this program will sell out!
